Saved and Custom resources
Saved resources are not available in Factory Lite license.
Whether you are working on the desktop version or on the cloud version, when you are importing or exporting flows and datasets or creating , you will always need to choose the resource type.
In Rulex Factory, you can choose between two resources:
Saved: a resource which have been saved into the Environment.
Custom: a resource which can be used in the current task only.
In Rulex Platform, also recorded Macros and repositories used to perform Versioning operations can be saved as resources in the environment.
Once you have chosen which type of resource you want to use, you can choose between three filesystems, which have specific use:
