Selecting Attributes in tasks

There are two different ways to select attributes to be used in the execution of most tasks:

  • Manually through a drag & drop operation

  • Via a filter

Manual List - drag & drop

Here you can simply drag and drop attributes from the Attributes list on the left onto the target list.

If there is a long list of attributes you can order and search them first using the options below the Attribute list.

Filtered list

Here you can use a complex filter to define the attributes you want to include (or exclude by selecting the option).

You can define multiple filters in AND or OR.

The advantage of using a filtered list is that the results will remain identical in successive executions if the names of the attributes change.
