Installation Rulex Platform Desktop from Command Line
WINDOWS - Installer from command line
The command for installing Rulex Platform Desktop is as follows:
&".\rulex_platform_installer_x.x.x-x.exe" /S /allusers /PK="xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx"
Where the optional listed arguments perform the following:
/S launches an installer in silent mode
/allusers launches an installer for all users
/PK=”myproductkey” passes a Product Key to a silent installer
/Settings=”path\to\settings.yaml” crypt the passed file and save it as file for settings
/dbadmin=”MyUser” set user MyUser as db administrator for the installation
/Configuration=”path\to\configuration.json” set the passed file as file of configuration (from version 1.1.0-15)
Windows installation exit codes
The following exit codes indicate different errors, as follows:

109 | Error in encrypting settings files |
110 | Using a license “lite“ or “personal“ to perform an installation for all users or a silent installation |
